Rotational Movement Training (RMT) exercise rope

Our ropes are hand finished, with the rope tails back spliced and whipped over with binding for comfort and longevity.  Made to compliment your Octomove WECK method Flow Rope RMT training program, every effort has been taken to optimise your exercise whilst keeping the equipment simple and low cost.

12mm x 350cm = 410g (0.9 lbs)

14mm x 360cm = 550g (1.2 lbs) *   

Approximately 270cm with 4 turn knotted handles

*Solid Black or Solid Navy only in 14mm size

You may like to increase effort by adding knots to the moving section of the rope.
