Rotational Movement Training (RMT) exercise rope "The Big one"

 Our ropes are hand finished, with the rope tails back spliced and whipped over with binding for comfort and longevity.  Made to compliment your Octomove WECK method Flow Rope RMT training program, every effort has been taken to optimise your exercise whilst keeping the equipment simple and low cost.

As a heavy rope, this is for those that are quite advanced with their ropeflow programme. 

24mm x 320cm-370cm = 1400g 1700g  3 lbs ish The rope is manufactured for tensile strength not is mass so can vary due to batchand enviromental conditions.

Approximately 270cm with 3 turn knotted handles

The rope will come with a Knotted handle and an over binding whipping, so the user can choose the grip that best fits their needs. 

*Solid Black or Solid Navy only as availble

You may like to increase effort by adding knots to the moving section of the rope , you can add weight and reduce friction by flow throwing a damp rope when outside.
